Hearing the Call Cayman helps support a reduced-cost, sliding-scale fee hearing clinic to the Cayman Islands, making essential hearing services more accessible to all and ensuring that every individual receives the care and support they need for a better, more fulfilling life.

- Reduced Fee Hearing Clinic for individuals from NAU or SHIC/Indigent
- The Hearing Aid Donation Program collects used hearing aids for use on humanitarian trips and non-profit work.
