You have no idea how much they help.

I've always known I had hearing issues since I was a kid, but it really started to affect me when I was attending important city council meetings and could not hear exactly how votes were going. After moving to Cayman and needing to understand different accents, my hearing aids from Cayman Hearing Center have made all the difference. My first impression was that they were very nice and professional, and I was glad to be referred to a private clinic outside of HSA.

I can't go without my hearing aids anymore. When I first got them, I started noticing sounds I never heard before, like the ticking clock or typing on my keyboard. I'm blown away by how much they have helped me. Making appointments at the clinic is easy and their responsiveness is my favorite thing about them. If you are concerned about your hearing, you have no idea how much hearing aids help. As an added benefit, mine connects to my phone via Bluetooth, making listening to podcasts and answering calls amazing.

They have helped me greatly.

Vertigo first made me realize something was wrong with my ears. When I first visited Cayman Hearing Center, my initial thought was, "Hope this works!" They have helped me greatly, and anything related to the ears is their specialty.

Go and see the team. You will get a friendly reception and first-class treatment.

I was slow to realize that I had a hearing problem, but after a hearing test it became clear. Accepting that my hearing was poor was difficult, but once I had the hearing aids fitted, that concern went away. My first impression of Cayman Hearing Center was wonderful. When I had difficulty with the battery replacement after arriving on the island, the reception team fixed it several times. Wearing hearing aids has made social activities much easier and helped me stay engaged, especially in noisy environments where following conversations used to be difficult. Work tasks, such as online meetings, also became easier. The process was convenient and I always experienced a friendly reception and first-class treatment.

You take the time to explain things so they can understand what’s happening, and you try your best to assist.

I can’t remember the moment I first realized something was up with my ears. I did have concerns before contacting, mainly about the price and whether I would ever get the help I needed to function properly again. My first impression of you was that I was finally going to get some help with my hearing.

To someone concerned about their hearing and considering visiting you, I would say that you are good—you take the time to explain things so they can understand what’s happening, and you try your best to assist. My favorite thing about working with you is that you are reasonable.

My favorite thing about working with you is the welcoming atmosphere that allows you to feel relaxed and not overwhelmed or anxious.

I first realized something was up with my ears when I started feeling inadequate and wondering if I would be able to function effectively at my job. I didn’t have any preconceived fears or concerns before contacting you. My first impression was that I was very impressed with the level of service I received and how my concerns were addressed in a way that suited my individual situation. Wearing hearing aids has made huge changes in my life, which I am still navigating, but I am learning to accept my reality and embrace it in a more positive light.

To someone concerned about their hearing and considering visiting Cayman Hearing Center, I would say you will not regret it—their level of service is top-notch, very knowledgeable, and professional. My favorite thing about working with you is the welcoming atmosphere that allows you to feel relaxed and not overwhelmed or anxious.

Hearing aids are the difference between being engaged with people and self-exclusion caused by not being able to hear conversations in person and virtually.

I have had hearing difficulties for years. I had no problems contacting Cayman Hearing Center when I arrived 10 years ago. My first impression of you was that you were helpful. Hearing aids are the difference between being engaged with people and self-exclusion caused by not being able to hear conversations in person and virtually.

To someone concerned about their hearing and considering visiting, I would say go and see them. They are friendly and professional. My favorite thing about working with you is that you are friendly and helpful.

Jeremy K.

My first impression of you was that you were very professional, compassionate, and caring.

I first started to lose hearing in my left ear many years ago, likely due to frequent earaches as a child, which led to hearing loss in that ear. I also began experiencing off-balance issues and dizziness. I was diagnosed with Meniere's disease, which involves fluid buildup in the ear, but the dizzy spells and balance problems were the worst.

My first impression of you was that you were very professional, compassionate, and caring. To someone concerned about their hearing and considering visiting, I would say that you are kind, patient, and accommodating, and you take the time to ensure the examination is comfortable and thorough. My favorite thing about working with you is how patient you are.

Go get checked and hear the way you should

I had a constant ringing in my ears and needed to know why, so I visited Cayman Hearing Center, did an examination and found I was missing some of my high pitch sounds. My main concern was whether I would be able to afford it, but I was very happy with the way I was treated and the service is great. Now I have my hearing aids, and I hear a lot better and am pleased.

If you are concerned about your hearing, go get checked and hear the way you should.

Regardless of your age, it’s hard to come to terms with needing help, visit, get your results and move forward.

Apparently, my speaking volume was louder than normal, which made me realize something was up with my hearing. I never had any concerns before contacting Cayman Hearing Center, since I had always heard great reviews. My first impression was that everyone was friendly, trusted, and respectful.

Wearing hearing aids has helped me tremendously. I’m still shy about them, but my ability to hear has improved. The amazing staff and visits to the sister island are especially appreciated. Regardless of your age, it’s hard to come to terms with needing help - visit, get your results, and move forward.

Do not hesitate to reach out to Dr Stephenson and her team. They will not disappoint you. In my view, you will be receiving the best care.

A major challenge with my inner ear had not been resolved by an emergency doctor at another clinic. My concerns came from previous doctors not listening or diagnosing the issue correctly, so I went to Dr. Stephenson at Cayman Hearing Center on my physiotherapist’s recommendation. She was very professional, listened to me, checked my symptoms, and had all the right equipment to diagnose and resolve the problem in one session. I am very grateful, and although my visit wasn’t about hearing loss, I plan to return for a hearing checkup.

If you are worried about your ears or hearing, do not hesitate to reach out to Dr. Stephenson and her team. They listen carefully and have the resources to properly treat your ear conditions. I heartily recommend the clinic to anyone needing ear and hearing care.

Make the appointment and get tested.

My hearing issues began gradually over time with tinnitus. I didn’t have any fears before contacting Cayman Hearing Center because my mother was already a patient, so I felt very comfortable. This is my second hearing test, and I haven’t received my hearing aids yet, but the process has been simple and straightforward, with no need for me to contact the insurance company myself. I would tell anyone concerned about their hearing to make the appointment and get tested.

You will wish you had gone there sooner

The first clue was telling people that they mumbled. I was worried that wearing aids would be embarrassing, but when I visited Cayman Hearing Center, they were very caring, patient, and professional. Hearing aids have enabled me to remain totally connected with regular life situations and socializing. They are kind and friendly, and if you are concerned about your hearing, you will wish you had gone there sooner.

They need to check it out and be open-minded.

My hearing loss came on gradually, but as I worked with people, I found myself increasingly asking them to repeat what they said, which was a bit embarrassing. Pretending to know what people were saying sometimes led to misunderstandings and problems, so I realized something needed to change. I was concerned about the stigma of wearing hearing aids and had a bad experience with another provider who pressured me into buying, but at Cayman Hearing Center, I appreciated the caring attitude and approach. The staff always takes time to explain and help, and I felt comfortable throughout the process.

With my hearing aids, I can now hear and understand what people are saying most of the time. Everything was louder at first, even leaves rustling or road traffic, but the important thing is that now I can participate in conversations. Sometimes I still miss a part of what someone says if they trail off, but it helps when people look at me and speak clearly. For anyone concerned about their hearing, I would say: check it out and be open-minded.

Go have yourself tested, it is worth your peace of mind and it makes life whole again.

In 2020, while having a conversation with my family, I realized something was up with my ears. Before contacting Cayman Hearing Center, I was concerned about not being able to hear a full conversation, whether near or far. My first impression was, “They got this!” The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to make you comfortable before and after your visit.

Having hearing aids has helped me 100% in my personal life and especially at work. I am no longer saying yes to a question I did not hear. To anyone concerned about their hearing, I would say go have yourself tested, it is worth your peace of mind and it makes life whole again.

I really cannot go without them, and I am grateful for the help of Cayman Hearing Center.

I was in my forties when I began experiencing hearing loss. It was not a complete surprise because both my mother and grandmother had acute hearing loss. Before contacting Cayman Hearing Center, I was concerned that the hearing aids should be discreet, but I was very impressed by the staff and service. The staff were really friendly and still are. I really cannot go without my hearing aids now, and I am grateful for the clinic's help. They know me and couldn't be more helpful. I would tell anyone concerned about their hearing to put their complete trust in the clinic.

Lela M.

Go for it! You will be glad that you did!

Concern for my toddler led me to have his hearing checked at Cayman Hearing Center. I did have some preconceived fears, but after visiting and experiencing how caring and welcoming the staff was, I knew it was safe for my toddler. The staff was really helpful and showed great patience with him. Thankfully, his hearing was good, and there was no need for a hearing aid. If you are concerned about your hearing, I’d say go for it, you will be glad that you did!

Don't wait, get checked out asap.

After over 54 years of diving, I realized things were not the same with my hearing. I was a bit uncomfortable sitting in that tiny booth, feeling so enclosed, but my first impression of Cayman Hearing Center was that they were very helpful and understanding of my hearing problem. Being able to hear has been a big part of my life, especially while driving a shuttle for work, and the initial sound of things that were hard to hear before being fitted was my favorite part of working with the clinic. I would tell anyone concerned about their hearing not to wait and to get checked out as soon as possible.

Should absolutely go, they will get the best results.

My journey with Cayman Hearing Center, Ltd. started when I first realized something was wrong with my ears due to an ache and persistent itching. My initial impression of the center was that it was excellent, and the team was extremely well-informed.

For anyone concerned about their hearing and considering a visit, I would say they should absolutely go because they will get the best results. My favorite thing about working with Cayman Hearing Center, Ltd. was getting my answers quickly and efficiently handling the next steps towards correcting the issue.

I have a 14-year relationship with CHC.

The moment I first realized I had a hearing challenge was when conversations around me would trigger a meltdown. Before contacting Cayman Hearing Center, I didn't have any preconceived fears or concerns. My first impression of the clinic was that they were definitely knowledgeable. Wearing hearing aids has allowed me to function and concentrate in crowds and groups.

To anyone concerned about their hearing and considering a visit, I would say, "Please go." I've recommended people there in the past and have had a 14-year relationship with Cayman Hearing Center, where both my children receive services. My favorite part about working with them is the friendly staff—you feel welcome, cared for, and listened to.

My favorite thing about working with Cayman Hearing Center is getting my hearing back.

My hearing loss happened gradually, and my biggest concern was communicating effectively with others. Before contacting Cayman Hearing Center, Ltd., I hoped it wasn't anything serious, and I was also worried about the cost. However, my first impression of the center was that the staff was very pleasant. Since wearing hearing aids, there's been a great impact in my life because I can hear and interact much better now.

For anyone concerned about their hearing and considering a visit, I can confidently say that my experience has been good and it was worth it. My favorite thing about working with Cayman Hearing Center is getting my hearing back.

I wear contact lenses for my poor vision, and it took me a while to get used to them. The same was true of hearing aids, but it was well worth the effort.

I don’t remember a single epiphany, but I gradually realized that I was missing a fair amount of conversation that others seemed to have no problem hearing. Possible hearing loss just seemed like another sign of getting older. My first impressions of you were that you were quietly competent, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Hearing aids have definitely improved the quality of my life—I don’t have to keep asking people to repeat themselves in busy, noisy places.

To someone concerned about their hearing and considering visiting you, I would say: go for an evaluation, and if you need hearing aids, give them a try. I wear contact lenses for my poor vision, and it took me a while to get used to them. The same was true of hearing aids, but it was well worth the effort. Pleasant, helpful, and competent staff make all interactions easy.

Relax and let Cayman Hearing Center do what they do well.

I didn’t have one specific moment when I realized I had a hearing problem—it was a slow process, and I just found myself wishing people would speak more slowly and enunciate better. Before contacting you, I was concerned about finding someone who would be straightforward with me because I had previously felt uninformed and "led" to a purchase at another hearing aid provider. I was impressed with the care and attention given at Cayman Hearing Center.

Since wearing hearing aids, I feel much more confident about being around other people and being able to hear, instead of feeling embarrassed about asking people to repeat things. To someone concerned about their hearing and considering a visit, I would say to relax and let Cayman Hearing Center do what they do well. My favorite thing about working with you was the time you took to explain things and answer my questions.

It is the best investment you can make in your hearing health, don’t delay.. even if it just to check.

Last September, after returning home from a long flight, one of my ears wouldn’t unblock. I waited six months, but it was still blocked, so I decided I needed assistance. The Hearing Center was the first on my list because I had previously attended a lecture there outlining potential hearing issues. My doctor also referred me to the Hearing Center for help with my condition. Being a healthcare professional, I had no concerns before contacting, as I had worked with the Center in another capacity.

As a patient, I was made comfortable—they answered all my questions and gave reassurances that calmed me. To someone concerned about their hearing and considering a visit, I would say it’s the best investment you can make in your hearing health—don’t delay, even if it’s just to check. My favorite thing about working with the Center is the staff—they listen and are very supportive. I would highly recommend them.
